Rapid Study Start-Up

The Challenge: A Client presents a study after making a decision to change their monitoring choice only 2 weeks before a planned Investigator Meeting for a challenging Epilepsy study.

The Solution: Immediately Project Management stepped in to triage the critical pieces. Presentations were divvied, slides prepared, and binders created. MedSource created all site initiation visit tools, targeted the most advanced site and performed a site initiation the day before the Investigator Meeting.

The Result: Setting the stage during study start up drives the study through completion. By focusing on each time-sensitive priority with a systematic approach it becomes just a matter of checking the boxes. The Investigator Meeting was informative and problem free. The recently initiated site enrolled a subject on Monday morning. Check.
