At MedSource our project managers are responsible for the overall conduct of a clinical study and rely on proven, real world management skills to achieve success. Our project managers maintain a project status calendar for our Sponsors and CRAs through MedNet™, our Web-based project-tracking system. CRA availability and Monitoring/Study progress can be evaluated whenever you need it.

Our project managers at MedSource bring to their studies a strong experience base.  Each project manager has monitoring, EDC and oncology experience and on average fifteen years of clinical research experience.  Project management tasks available to your study include, but are not limited to the following:
